MyFitnessPal Extension - Override the Parameters
In addition to the classic features of the MyFitnessPal app, such as keeping track of your calories, it now has an override for certain values. This way, you can override how much protein, fat or carbs you want, and cycle them each day of the week.
This extension allows you to override the percentage values for your macros. It means that you can now specify by the gram how much protein, fat or carbs you want.
The extension will automatically update your macros each day and every time you click on it you will get a new record.
If you are not so keen on editing the MyFitnessPal site, it has the option to override the calories each day of the week.
And if you are also not in a good mood, you can use it to override the parameters. In this way, you can override the protein, fat or carbs that you want, and cycle them each day of the week.
With the extension you can also override the caloric values for your macros.
To do that, it needs the calories value to be shown in the app. So if you have the calories available, you can set it and the extension will calculate the macros for you.
You can also override the parameters if you are using the other websites that are integrated in MyFitnessPal.
The idea is that it gives you the ability to set the macros, instead of having it set for you.
And you can also set the macronutrient values for each day of the week.
And if you want to know the calculations that have been made, you can access that in the extension.
